Funeral expenses for Kemonte Cobbs

Kemonte Cobbs, age 15 of Gary,IN was gunned down by a Gary Police Officer while surrendering on August 1st, 2017. Kemonte arrived at Methodist Hospital Northlake unresponsive and a few hours later revived at Advocate Medical Center where he later passed away.
