Help Little Max

Hello this is my little puppy max he is ment to be 11 weeks old. I got him on 14/06/17.. my two children had been asking for a puppy for a long time as my sons birthday was coming up I said yes! So I looked on google and seen a Yorkshire terrier 9 weeks old for sale on Friday ads so I emailed the seller who was based Manchester, as i'm based Ellesmere Port he offered to bring him to me. I thought if was very generous and said yes! So I couple of hours later he came.. I seen the dog but it wasn't the dog on the picture! He was so small and cute so I took him anyways as my boys where made up! The seller said puppy was 9 weeks old had been flea'd and worm'ed all treatment done and first jab. He took the money and left! A hour later I seen fleas jumping off him! I took him straight to the vets to get treatment! They gave him flea and worm treatment and his first jab! But as we was there the vets said his tail had been docked which is illegal! And could of only been 3 weeks old! They also think he's not a Yorkshire terrier Anyways I took him home and the next day his poo was just blood and he was being sick! So back the vets for more treatment! Couple of days later was all back to normal! Worms & fleas gone too.. after that I came down one morning he was fine a couple of hours later his breathing wasn't good! He's was having bad trouble breathing so back to the vets for more treatment which he has oxygen and steroid injections. He also had steroid tablets & antibiotics to take home. The next day for the first time he was actually acting like a puppy running around biting everythink he could get his mouth on it was lovely! The day after I did a little shop down town and when I got back he was having trouble breathing again so straight back to the vets they put him back on oxygen and a higher dose of steroid injections! The vets said if it happens again there will be no more they can do for him and he will need to be put to sleep was devastating! I left him in the vets for a couple of hours then brought him back home.. 3 days had passed and he was doing great! We was so happy our little fighter! Then two days ago I woke up in the morning and his eye looked funny! So straight back to the vets! They gave me some drops and needed to go back in the next day.. the next I went to the vets and he told me that his eye was actually dying he has now gone blind in one eye and it needs to be removed! Because little max got ill the 1st day I got him I can't get any pet insurance at all and the bills are getting so high and I just can't afford it I have done my best and I really can't lose him! The operation is gonna cost me £450 I have already spent hundreds. If you had any money to help little max me and my little boys would be so grateful as we really don't want too lose him
