A home for my family

We have just been informed by the tax office that the taxes have not been paid on this property we are buying and that if not paid by the end of the month this place will be sold at tax auction. The unpaid taxes are $1918.00 and must be paid in full. We have paid several years taxes ourselves and have put thousands into the house and property to make it habitable and will now loose everything if not paid. My husband has just been diagnosed with cancer and Parkinson's ,this could be my last chance to have a home. Please help!!!!!
