LT Lazers/(Juv Diabetes Research)

For my daughter Emily, and for all her teammates in this picture, it's pretty simple, it's all about the experiences you have in life. For these girls it's the power of practice, teamwork and organized sports. It's been proven, time and time again, especially for young women, organized sports helps them function better as they move through life.

In order to maintain the power of possiblities in their lives the LT Lazers Fast-Pitch Girls Softball, (our Blue Team), part of the Lutherville-Timonium Rec Council, (a non-profit, which has now been in existence for nearly three decades), needs to raise funds for uniforms, equipment and to participate in tournaments. It all comes from personal donations on the part of the families, the community and the world at large.

But we also have another cause, one of the members of our team has lived with Juvenile Diabetes since she was a little girl and we pledge to take 10% of every donation made to the LT Lazers and fund the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, to help create a world without type-1 diabetes, especially in children.

We appreciate any support you can give.
