Hayes Family Memorial Fund

Donation protected
If your child has played baseball in Alameda, chances are you have been touched by Tony Hayes' generosity. For the last nine years he has volunteered to coach a Little League team even though he has no children in the program.

He also coaches JV Baseball at Encinal High School and with the Neptune Beach Pearl. He often selflessly helps players who need extra work in his spare time.

He does this for his love of the game, Alameda Youth and his community.

Unfortunately, Tony has lost his beloved mother Beverley Hayes-Reed and his beloved stepmother Linda Hayes in the span of 2 weeks.

Tony and his family are struggling to provide expenses for 2 funerals and multiple travel expenses to and from Michigan for services. In a crazy twist, Tony's mothers were best friends and they are a very tight family. This leaves Tony's elderly father Mark Hayes and his 92 year old grandfather with an uncertain future alone.

Please consider a donation to help Tony and his family through this emotionally and financially difficult time. No donation is too small and every donation is deeply appreciated. Additionally, we ask to please share this on your own Facebook page or by email to better our chances of reaching our goal for Tony and his family.

A deep thank you to all.
