Wonderful waste welding

Hello lovely people.
My name is Bex Toland and I'm currently finishing up my certs in Welding. Arc Mig and Tig. I would love to start a business in Cork which uses and recycles waste into beautiful sculptures and installations.
This generation, so little is reused or fixed, just discarded and replaced. I would like to change that by turning trash into treasure.
If the business is successful I would like to incorporate schools and youth programs, teaching young people to create and recycle and possibly even get local parks to display some of those creations. For instance the accompanying photo is a water bowl I made from recycled mussel shells, old CDs, roof slate discarded on the beach and coloured sand.
I'm currently working a business plan and have already secured a workshop and most of my basic tools.
I am seeking some funding to pay for the welding machines I'll need and the accompanying gas.
If you think what I am trying to achieve is worth while I would greatly appreciate your support.
