See The World In Colour

Anyone who knows me, knows I love my family and knows how important they are and if you know me, chances are you know my Dad. My Dad is the more kind, generous and understanding person I know. Everyday he is kind to people that he meets, he makes them laugh and I think more people know my high school knew Dad more than they knew me. This is because he used to work at the stocklands shopping centre and he knew just about each and every shop owner, their name and who they were. He remembered customers and even had coffees with anyone who was alone or lonely - I believe he changed many people's lives and is more appreciated than he will ever realise. He is so well loved by everyone me meets and so selfless. A special day of the year is fast approaching; his birthday! So I would like to give something back to the man that has given so much to the world. Dad is colour blind and he has never seen the world as most of us see it. A lot of colours look dark blue, dark purple or brown. I've always dreamt of being able to show him the world as it really is, show him the ocean, the blue sky and the autumn leaves. I've been doing a bit of research and I come across glasses that correct colour blindness! So for anyone who knows Dad, who has smiled because of Dad, who has been supported by Dad and who knows him. I ask that you just something small towards these glasses for him if you can spare it. Anyone who donates will be going on the birthday card and the gift will be from you as well!
