My name is Kattalina ( Katt) Kazunas and thank for visiting this page.
Two people recommended that I start this campaign because of a diagnosis of MS in 2014 that has caused elusive symptoms that have prevented me from working because of relentless pain and inability to function in many ways ( standing, walking, balance).
Previous to this dx, I had been in a serious car accident, which relate to my current health issues.
As a result of all of this, I have fallen seriously behind on all of my bills: rent, car, utilities, etc. I had applied for disability in December, ( while also looking for work that I could do from home and applying for those jobs) and based on what others told me, I was hopeful that that would come through; except, it didn't. My car was repossessed a few weeks ago . I CAN get it back before it goes to auction ( May 3, my birthday) but I need to generate 2K by then to do that. I want to get back to working again full time and will need a vehicle to do this as well as take care of myself ( grocery shopping, doctor visits, etc) .
I have finally found a doctor that I want to work to get me back on track, and this doctor will need to be seen on a very regular basis. ( 2x a week to start-$1600 for 6 month plan)
Please help me gain my life back and begin functioning again normally.
