Service Dog Needing Vet

I am currently in treatment for my eating disorder and have a service dog who is my life. She has saved my life and now I want to help her. She needs to get her nails, ear infection, anal glands and a few other issues need to be taken care of. I am currently out of money and don't work due to medical problems. Any help you can give will go 100% to her vet bill, food and toys!
