Uziel's College Laptop/ Computadora
(English Version) Hello, my name is Uziel Aldair Ramirez from Salinas, CA over the past 16 year I have assisted my community with over 1100+ hours whether it be feeding the homeless, passing out food to the less fortunate or passing out toys to kids and today I'm reaching out to the world for a helping hand to assist me in getting a laptop. Recently I was accepted to Biola University, it being my dream school I have been ecstatic to be able to attend. Although I am going against all odds to attend this school to the extent that my whole life I grew up in poverty having a single I Immigrant mother with 2 other kids only making 8k a year, growing up in a little trailer park in the east of Salinas has not been the easiest of life lessons but has taught me to never give up on my education for as my mom says," it is the key for my departure of my neighborhood." In the past 2 years in order for me to be able to buy myself any new shoes or just have money to go out with friends I have sold chips and candy at school to be able to have money for myself and not leave all the bills to my mom. Recently when I went to visit Biola I met a girl and she was telling me that her school is so "ghetto" that there's this kid who sells chips and candy In a duffle bag (same thing I do) I immediately defended that kid as I understood what it meant to be in that position. I have been truly blessed to receive financial aid and scholarships to which I will be applying toward Biola university although I have not gotten any to which I'm able to use for school necessities such as a laptop, which as many may know is essential for college. The previous laptop I had was just a lender by the school for my senior year and since I graduate next week on the 25th of May I'm left without a laptop to which I will need by August 6th, thus being the move in day. That is why today I come asking for donations so I will be able to buy a laptop and not have to put such stress on my mother. If you choose to donate May God bless you with 10x more and if you don't choose too it's okay may God still bless you with 10x more. I understand we all have stuff we may be going through but if you can at least share this post it will be much appreciated.

(Versión Español) Hola, mi nombre es Uziel Aldair Ramírez de Salinas, CA en los últimos 16 años he asistido a mi comunidad con más de 1100 horas, ya sea alimentando a los desamparados, pasando comida a los menos afortunados o pasando juguetes a los niños y hoy yo Estoy preguntando al mundo para ayudarme a conseguir una computadora portátil. Recientemente fui aceptado en la Universidad Biola, siendo mi escuela de ensueño, ha estado extático para poder asistir. A pesar de que voy en contra de todas las probabilidades de asistir a esta escuela en la medida en que toda mi vida crecí en la pobreza con una sola madre inmigrante con 2 otros niños sólo haciendo 8mil al año, creciendo en un pequeño parque de caravanas en el este de Salinas no ha sido la lección más fácil de la vida, pero me ha enseñado a no renunciar a mi educación porque como dice mi madre, "es la clave para mi partida de mi barrio". En los últimos 2 años para que yo pueda comprarme cualquier nuevo calzado o simplemente tener dinero para salir con amigos he vendido papitas y dulces en la escuela para poder tener dinero para mí y no dejar todos las fracturas a mi mamá. Recientemente, cuando fui a visitar a Biola conocí a una chica y ella me decía que su escuela es tan "ghetto" que hay un chico que vende papitas y dulces. En una mochila (lo mismo que yo) inmediatamente defendí a ese chico como yo entiendo lo que significaba estar en esa posición. He sido verdaderamente bendecido para recibir ayuda financiera y becas a las que voy a aplicar a la Universidad de Biola, aunque no he conseguido nada de lo que puedo utilizar para las necesidades de la escuela, como un computadora portátil, que como muchos saben es esencial para Universidad. La computadora portátil anterior que tenía era sólo un prestamista por la escuela para mi último año de secundaria y porque me graduare la próxima semana el 25 de Mayo me quedo sin un computadora portátil al que necesitaré antes del 6 de Agosto, siendo así el dia que empieso la Universidad. Es por eso que hoy vengo pidiendo donaciones para poder comprar una computadora portátil y no tener que poner tanta tensión en mi madre. Si elige donar Que Dios le bendiga con 10x más y si no elige también está bien que Dios le bendiga con 10 veces más. Entiendo que todos tenemos cosas que podemos estar pasando, pero si por lo menos puede compartir este post será muy apreciado.
