Met with unseen circumstances

Former student at the university of central Missouri with a degree in exercise science. I chose a different route then most and that was to be independent. I work for myself and I became a personal trainer within the Kansas City area and life coach. I followed my dream as far as being my own boss and it felt great. I didn't work a 9-5. My income dependent on how hard I worked. A man who doesn't work doesn't eat. Early morning May 7 2017 I was on my way home on my motorcycle and tragedy happened. I went down for the first time hard as I witnessed my fellow rider thrown in the air in front of me. I knew I had a short time to make a decision so I laid my bike down on the left side fracturing my pelvis in two places. I have been told this time of rest might take me 6-8 weeks in between this time frame I will be of out of work. So I humbly ask who could lend me a hand?
