We are an LGBT couple who met online a couple of years ago and our relationship blossomed over time. Deena came over to the UK on visits and we finally took the plunge and became married two weeks ago. I am from the UK and Deena is from the US.
We have had a set of knock backs over the last month which has affected everything and we are now desperate to raise the money we need to apply for a visa for Deena to stay here. Deena is coming to the end of her time allowed here and without a visa to stay as my wife she will have to leave the country.
We are very proud people who don't ask for handouts but desperate times call for desperate measures. Any donation, no matter how small would mean the world to us and would help massively. Once the money is raised we could apply for a one day decision visa and our lives will be transformed overnight.
I can't put into words how grateful we would be for any help given.
