Was In A Motorcycle Accident

Hi my name is David Weippert Jr. I was in a motorcycle accident and broke my collarbone and can't work. We are falling behind on our bills due to me not being able to work for the next couple of months. My family and i could really use some help. I have a 2 year old son named Abel and a 7 month pregnant girlfriend. Our son Wyatt is due to be born June 17th 2017 any help would be greatly appreciated. It would mean the world to my family.
