The Wenker Family Is In Trouble!

Hi, I'm Damon Wenker. You may remember me from such places as: School, Work, Church, In Passing, and many more... Here it is in a nutshell. Two years ago everything changed... I found my mom barely conscious and I called 911. She needed to be rushed to the hospital. Staying with her that first night was the longest night of my life. Everything was chaos. It continued that way for days. We nearly lost her. After a weeks recovery my mother was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. My wife Dana and I have been living with and caring for her. Through a web of Dr appointments, referrals, and weekly chemotherapy she has stabilized. She's not getting much better. But she's not getting worse either. She is weakened by the illness, she can no longer work. Even day to day things are taxing for her, though she won't admit it, I see it. My wife and i recently found out that the city has put a lein on our family home for unpaid taxes and will be sold at auction this October unless we come up with $30,000. We have been trying to get approval for a loan to no avail. There is no way we can even come close to this amount unless we seek help from loved ones and strangers. So here it is. A cry for help to save my ancestral home and my familys well being. And if it can be saved, the next step is to add more people to it...little people, who don't walk so good and think jingly keys are hilarious
