Lily Needs Emergency Vet Care

My 4 year old girl is acting funny. She's a little warm and her breathing is shallow. I'm pretty sure she has adrenal as she is super skinny and losing hair between her shoulders and on the base of her tail. We were in a fire early Wednesday morning. I got them out and my other 2 are acting completely normal. I'm very worried about the older one and now I'm stuck on an island with no exotic vet. I don't have the money for all of the testing she will need. I am pretty sure she has inslanoma because I gave her a tiny bit of corn syrup and that seemed to perk her up. She is also missing fire which leads me to believe she also has adrenal. She needs to go in to the vet today at 12 when they open. On top of it all they have to stay in the garage in a dog kennel for now because that's all I have. Is there something that I can do for her? I will sleep out in the garage just to be near her and check on her if i have to. Im just very concerned and have so much else going on right now
