Help me say goodbye to my dad.

I really don't even know where to start with writing something like this. I never thought I would be the one writing one of these, but in light of my fathers passing... here I am. My father passed away suddenly two days ago. He was my best friend; it's as simple as that. I am completely devastated. I'm making this GoFundMe in the hopes I'll be able to get to Rochester NY to say my final goodbyes.

I have been checking ticket prices. It seems they range between 300-750 depending on when I leave and come back. My aunt has offered to pay for two nights at a hotel, which will be helpful.  I really don't know how much everything else will be, as the ticket prices change every day and I don't know if and when I will be able to book one. The services are on Monday and Tuesday of this coming week. I also don't know how many days I will have to get a room for (also dependent on the tickets I am able to get). I set the goal for 900, but really anything at all will help if even just for food or ubers while I am there. 

For those of you who don't have anything to give but are sending your thoughts and prayers, thank you so much. Those are just as needed and important to me during this time. I love you guys. Thank you for reading.
