Donation protected
On Friday March 3, 2017, while Pee Wee hockey player Joshua Davies was on the ice at the Rob Ebbesen Arena in Airdrie AB, his pricey insulin monitor and pump was stolen from the dressing room. The device is worth roughly $5000.00. A story was featured on CTV News on Saturday March 4. Josh was diagnosed 2 years ago with Type 1 and was placed on a waiting list for this device. Josh had only been on IPT (insulin pump therapy) for only 4 months. Please show support for Josh and donate whatever you can, and don't forget to share this story on any social media out there so we can raise funds to replace this pump for Josh. In event the stolen items are recovered the money will then be donated to the JDRF.http://calgary.ctvnews.ca/mobile/pee-wee-hockey-player-s-pricey-insulin-pump-stolen-from-airdrie-rink-1.3311418
