Molly McClatchey Fratantonio

Our daughter, Molly McClatchey Fratantonio was violently killed early Tuesday morning, February 28th, by her husband Chris Fratantonio.  Their two young children were in the house at the time.  He then called 911 and confessed to the crime.  Molly suffered physical, psychological and financial abuse at his hands for the past several years.  No matter what she endured, she made sure her children were well cared for and thriving.  Her goal was to become independent and provide a loving and secure environment for them.  She was very close to her goal when this happened.

We have guardianship of her two children, Lucy 6 and Lucas 2, and will raise them as our own.  They are both happy and well-adjusted, and love being with us.  While Lucy is aware of some of the issues involving her parents, we are making sure that she has the tools to process information as it unfolds.  Lucas has briefly cried for his Mommy upon waking up, but is easily comforted.  Molly’s brothers and her extended family have stepped up in every way possible. The community has wrapped their loving arms around us and provided more support than we can express.  Money raised by this GoFundMe site will go towards the education and health care costs of the two children. These expenses are immediate and your help will be greatly appreciated.
