Help My Heartbeat At My Feet Cudi!

Please help me save the love of my life, my everything. It's started Sunday as he was playing with two frenchies, one went Yeah to nip at him and he made a really loud yelp. From there it didn't end. He hasn't gotten sleep since Sunday because every time he does he wakes up yelping. Monday morning at 1am he wakes up with a full blown seizure. We went straight to emergency room, they said he was fine...but no more than an hour later he wakes up and yelps and full blown seizure. We are now at the point that they took all his blood test and everything seems normal but now our vet is very scared that he has gotten meningitis. We are very scared and we know this will cost more than 3,600 to get tests done. Please help with whatever you can. We would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
