Let's Help Diribua Achieve Her Dream

Yesterday evening VOA Amharic streamed the amazing story of Diribua Debebe ( ድርቧ ደበበ ) who is currently a 5th year PHD student at Addis Ababa University. Her story and the challenges that she has been through proves how strong and relentless she is. She has passed a number of difficult times to get where she is right now. On her interview, she mentioned that it only two semesters and a follow up internship that left to successfully finish her graduate studies. However, she is facing financial and research material problems once again. To be able to achieve her goals, she desperately appeals for the following three things and which I believe will be easy if we all share a small portion of it.

1. 50,000 Ethiopian Birr which is between (2,500 - 3,000 USD) for tuition and related fees.

2. A laptop and other educational materials if any, and

3. A recorder which is going to be used to interview her research audience.

That's all and we would be able to see Diribua achieving her dreams.
