Billie Jean Needs Our Help!! Please!

Donation protected
This is Billie jean, she is a 2 year old Australian cattle dog and she is my best friend. Yesterday when I came home something was not right with her. So I pulled her close and started to scratch her head, as I started to scratch her head she fell over backwards and collapsed. I Immediately checked her gums and was so shocked to see that they were white. I rushed her to the emergency vet immediately. She has been diagnosed with Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA). Her immune system is destroying her own red blood cells. So Billie is undergoing lots of testing and blood transfusions to keep her stable. The bill is already over 8 grand and growing. They believe she will have to stay for 2 weeks and will need multiple transfusions. This dog is my best friend and I will do anything to save her. So I am reaching out to you guys and anyone who knows Billie, to please donate to help save my baby. Anyone who knows me knows how much Billie means to me. ❤ thank you

*Update*
So Billy Jean got her blood results back and some of the tests are definitely not following the textbook signs of IMHA. They do know it is definitely still an auto immune disorder where the body is attacking itself, but the cause is a mystery. It could just be a weird case of IMHA, or could be caused from the bone marrow. Which we are all crossing our fingers that it is not. We will not be doing that test yet since her blood count has been stable for over 24 hours. Her liver function had come back 100% which is great! So as of right now it is just a waiting game to see what her body does. So let's all please keep sending good thoughts/prayers for healing. I am going twice a day for long cuddle sesh's on the vet floor which I have faith is definitely helping her. For everyone who had shared Billies story and donated... I thank you from the bottom of my heart and can't even express the gratitude and love I feel. The amount of support I have received is heartwarming and gives me soo much hope for my baby! Thank you so much! Love Sam.

Update on my girl. Billie had her bone marrow test done and it showed that her bone marrow was responsive. Which is fantastic. When I picked her up after the operation they had told me in just 2 days her PCV (pack cell volume/ blood count) had risen from 20% to 28%! Which is also amazing! And amazing fast! I took her in 2 days later to check her PCV again and it was at 29%. So all good news! She is climbing back up! A normal dogs PCV Is somewhere in the 40's closer to 50. IMHA is not a disease to take lightly and has a very high relapse rate, and a very high mortality rate. I have been doing everything and I mean EVERYTHING in my power to fight for Billies life. Tomorrow I am taking an extra step to go see a very well known vet in garden grove that knows everything there is to know about IMHA. Most vets only know the basics since it's not very common. Thank you everyone so so much for everything everyone has done so far for Billie and I. I don't know what I would do without everyone's love and support! ❤ I will update again in a few days.
