Help CHEERZ SPORTS GRILL!!!

As most of you know, I am Marvin Graves, Co-owner of Cheerz Sports Grill in Washington, DC. We have been in business for 2 1/2 years, but are facing eviction due to back rent caused by several variables beyond our control. Our landlord wants to work with us, but DOES require for us to become current. At this point I must put my pride aside and ask if collectively you all can help me solve this issue. There is so much development in the area - Walter Reed redevelopment (homes/townhomes/condos) breaks ground in the Spring, Georgia Avenue Row is under construction (townhouses starting at 300k on the adjacent block), and the Jewel on Georgia Ave (new apartment building just completely rented out directly across the street). We are currently the only full service American restaurant on Georgia Avenue between the Brightwood and Silver Spring, MD neighborhoods. We have worked hard to build a good reputation and have been able to sustain ourselves during the slow period. Now that development is happening and people are moving in, we would hate to lose the space and have the next tenants benefit from all of our hard work! I guarantee you all that I put the same effort into this business that I put on the playing field! ANYTHING ANY OF YOU CAN DO WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AND I PROMISE TO MAKE YOU PROUD!!
