Please Help Loving Maxi walk again..

Hi my name is MAX. I am a loving one year old American Bully/Pit mix. I started to have problems a few months ago with walking. Since it got to a point where my rear legs were lame and I could not support my weight my owners took me to VCA in Taylor, MI and there I was diagnosed with ACL – Ruptured Anterior (Cranial) Cruciate Ligament in both hind legs. This is a very painful condition and I am putting my weight on my front legs and my hind legs are already loosing muscle tissue.

 At the suggestion of Dr. Nath Bhupender from VCA I went for a consultation to Bluepearl Veterinary Clinic in Southfield, MI. Dr. Karyn Maxworthy advised that this is a common occurrence in Labs and us big guys (Bullies) She suggested to do a bilateral TPLO Tibia Plateau Leveling Osteotomy  ASAP so I will be able to walk again There is no other cure for this condition.

The cost of the surgery for both legs is $ 5,458.22. Dear pet lovers help my parents to pay for the surgery so I can get well again. With the surgery I will be able to walk and run and have a normal life. Without it …… No matter how large or small the donation it will be very much appreciated.
