Frank & DeAnna Durham Need Our Help!

$4,230 of $25,000 goal

Raised by 29 people in 14 months
Frank Durham, a Husband, a Father, a Grandfather, a Brother, an Uncle, a Friend, a Colleague, a Coach, and so many more hats, to so many more, needs our help.
I'm Lisa, Frank's oldest daughter, and my parents could really use some help.
My dad was diagnosed with something rare, and with no cure, Mitochondrial Myophathy.
It a terrible disease. Unfortunately it is taking a toll on his body and making once easy tasks more difficult. It is changing his life and he can't do many simple things anymore.
Anyone that knows my dad, knows what a hard worker he is and always has been and he is now unable to work. This has hit him hard and with increasing medical bills daily and such we would like to try and help offset some of that.
He has been the primary caretaker for my mother who has been mostly bedridden for the last ten plus years.
She has diabetes which has affected her vision among other things, lung issues, a rare form of arthritis, heart issues, heart attacks. She is now blind in one eye.
This only begins to cover her health problems.
We are facing the reality as are my parents that they are both going to require help with care.
This is the most difficult thing our family has ever gone through emotionally and financially.
Anyone who knows Frank knows what an amazing man my dad is. Please donate if you can. Every little bit will help, no matter how big or small. Each donation is going straight into my dad's account.Thank you so much. There won't ever be words to express our gratitude enough.

Everytime a new donation pops up my heart is overwelmef.
I wanted to say Thank You again for the wonderful donations and am thankful everytime my parents receive one. I can't express enough or give thanks for all the kind things people have done and are doing for my family.

My mom continues her battle with many health issues. She is struggling with her sight.
My mom spent most of June and July in the hospital and nursing home due to complications with sepsis, and extreme scare with respitory issues.
She is home with my dad and he is doing his best taking care of her while fighting his disease, illness.
He has began to have tremors now and is often weak and tired. His right arm is tremoring quite constantly. The doctors are trying different medications to do what they can.
Your donations means so much.

Thank you so much. Your so appreciated.
My parents and family are so grateful for all the different ways people help and bless them.
I'll update again in the future.

What an amazing number of great supporters that are so giving. We are so completely and absolutely overwhelmed with your kindness and generosity. Sometimes there aren't words enough to express our gratitude.
My dad is trying physical therapy. It's pretty hard on him when he finishes. He's been tired. Some days are definitely harder than others.
My mom is recovering from her heart attack. She is extremely tired.
They were just in an car accident where they were T Boned and their van was totaled. Thankfully they are both okay as far as things look. Blessings.

Thanks to all my friends. We appreciate your help, and feel very blessed, to see all the help that has come in. This will be very helpful in paying the endless stream of medical bills, and other bills from the help, that we are having to have from "non-planned "areas. Thank YOU ALL!!! Frank and DeAnna and family. Merry Christmas.
