Poor Dumb, Sweet Ripley Needs Help!

Two days ago my sweet idiot of a dog Ripley got scratched by a stray cat in our yard. She seemed fine so I cleaned her couple of tiny scratches and hope she'd learned her lesson - that lesson being "Don't start nothin', won't be nothin'." 

Well today I came home to find her unable to get out of bed, horrible fluids coming out of gross places and huge swelling on her chest. After rushing her to the vet we find out she has a nasty infection, 105 degree fever and that the swelling is a nasty abcess caused by the catthat she will need surgery to fix.  All told I'm looking at a $1200 vet bill that I have no idea how I'm going to pay.

I don't have health insurance for myself, let alone for my dog. If it was me I'd just take a bunch of antibiotics and hope for the best but Ripley deserves better. I know there are a lot of worthy causes out that that need your money, causes way more important than this but if you have a few extra bucks you can spare to part with it would mean the world to me.
