Joseph Rafael Jaramillo Oct 7, 1982 - Nov 27, 2016. Yesterday we were informed that Joseph has passed away. He was living and working in Houston with TXDOT since January . He had been diagnosed recently with a severe auto-immune disease. He was being treated by some good doctors at the Houston Medical Center. Joey had the world ahead of him and was so proud of his life's dream of getting his Civil Engineering degree and designing roads and bridges. This picture was taken last December at his ring ceremony at UTSA. He served in the NAVY aboard the USS Hopper DDG-70 Guided Missile Destroyer 2003-02009 and was stationed at Pearl Harbor and San Diego. He was a wonderful son and brother, a good employee , loved his job. We will miss him for the rest of our lives. Anything helps with this amazing family.
