Medical Nightmare

Hello, my name is As'ka; and last year was very rough for me medically wise with still more medical expenses to come in this new year of 2018.
In May of 2017 I became chronically ill with tonsilitis, which is not typical for a 25 year old who as a child never had tonsilitis once. I was seen at Urgent care, given antibotics, and the infection disapated. However, my tonsils remained grossly enlarged, "Almost kissing" as my physican explained; which can cause risk of closing off the air way, as well as cause choking on solid foods, (which did happen, and my fiancee had to provid aid to clear my airway.)
There was no option other than to have them removed. Surgery required me to take a 2 week, unpaid, leave of abscences from work. This left me struggling to pay bills, and was the begining of the steep decent into becoming overwhelmed bu medical expenses.
Shortly after I recovered from having my tonsils removed I developed extreme anxiety which took multiple doctor exams and medication trial and errors to bring under control. The sudden and overwhelming onset of the anxiety was crippling, causing shakes, vomiting, and uncontrollable fear of anything and everything I could possibly think about.
I could not work and had to use all of my paid leave at the time until I was finally on a set of medications that workes to control my anxiety. I will be on these medications for the rest of my life.
I returned to work and began to rebuild time off and sick leave. That was until November of 2017 when unexplained bleeding began coming from my reproductive tract accompanied with severe abdominal and pelvic pain. This caused me to miss work yet again while I had to seek out a medical specialist and undergo several expensive and very invasive procedures to determine the cause of bleeding and pain.
Results showed that I may require surgery to have part of my reproductive organs removed later this year of 2018. Inspite of having insurances I still owe $8,000 in medical. Due to declining physical health I have had to miss many days, some paid, but many unpaid. I can barely pay my basic bills such as rent and car payment due to having to take time off to see specalist doctors. I can't afford groceries, let alone pay on my medical bills; which the hospital says I don't quailfy for aid or even a reduction. They are now threatening to send my bills to collections.
I have no where else to turn. I'm at the end my rope.
Please, I am begging for help to get out of this medical nightmare.
