For over the past 20 years the people of Rock of Ages has gone down to be with the community in Mezquital Mexico. Each year we go to share the love of Christ through service projects and community building. Over the years we have helped to bring electricity and plumbing into public buildings and renovate communal spaces. For one week we go as the body of Christ to live and share God's love with the people there through day camps for the children and women.
After 20 years the people of Mezquital have grown to be our Mexico family. This year we are about $1,200 short for our mission work, any way the spirit moves you to donate we would be grateful to accept. Your donations will help to start the construction of a new church in the neighboring village of Jacinto.
As we prepare to leave the end of this month (March 23rd) you prayers are appreciated.
