We are devastated and heartbroken. On Friday October 28, our beautiful Roxanne was suddenly taken from us at the age of 45 after suffering a heart attack, leaving behind 3 amazing kids. We are still in shock and processing how our beautiful mum, sister, daughter and friend could suddenly be gone..
Roxy's kids Sasha, 10, Mitchell,19 and Jamie, 20, are our biggest priority right now and our main goal is to keep them together. In the immediate future, we must find the money to pay for Roxy's funeral, but we also need to find a home for these three siblings to live together.
As you can imagine this is such a difficult time for our family, especially Mitchell and Jamie, whose dad died 12 years ago. They are now orphans faced with the task of raising their baby sister, such a huge responsibility when they're only teenagers themselves.
We appreciate so much the support we've received from friends, family and relatives in the last 24 hours; and sadly we know from experience that the weeks and months ahead are going to be tough. Some friends have asked how they can help and realistically, the biggest help right now would be financial. We need to get these kids into a home together so they can start to rebuild. Any donation, even $5, would be so much appreciated as we process what happens next. All money donated will go directly towards helping the kids get by in the coming weeks; we appreciate so much your support at this really heartbreaking time xxx
