Dear Friends,
A very special and important memeber of our community needs our help. There are probably very few people in the Big Walnut community who have not had the pleasure of getting to spend some time with Stanley, a therepy dog who works in our community. No one can light up a room when they enter quite like Stan, as his friends like to call him. He has been a soft head to lean on for support for so many kids and adults in our schools and community. Just the sight of his wavy white fur, souful dark eyes, and comical whisps of ears could turn anyone's rough day around for the better.
Unfortunately Stanley has suddenly become very sick with an illness that is affecting his liver. We know that Stan is a fighter and will remain strong. However, this is a very tough time and we want Stan to feel as much positive energy as possible and not the burden and stress of figuring out how to get the best possible care for him. We love Stan and his mom, Joey, so much and want to help in any way we can. If you are able to give just a little, it will be a big help. All money donated will go towards Stan's veterinary bills to help him get back on all four paws and lighting up every room in Big Walnut!
