Help A Guy Help His Dog

This past Saturday- 10/22/16- while playing with his toy, Lux tore his cranial cruciate ligament. This is the equivalent of an ACL tear in humans, the football injury. It will require surgical repair and extensive physical rehab to get him back on his feet and back to doing all the things we love to do. I'm currently working two jobs and am in school full time....I have reached a point that I'm overwhelmed and need help. His procedure costs upwards of $2000. Fortunately I can do his physical rehab myself. I don't like asking for help but I'm not sure what else to do right now. Any little bit is a major help and I greatly appreciate it. I love this dog and he means the world to me, please help me get him back on all four feet
