Baby June Bug

June Bug is having a problem with swollowing her formula. They have ordered her a upper GI scope to be done Monday to look at the anatomy of her esophagus, stomach and GI track to try to figure out what is causing her dysphagia and aspiration. She has a NG tube placed right now because all her formula that she swollow goes into her trachea and into her lungs. The Doctors said more than likely she will have a peg tube inserted into abdomen Monday or Tuesday that will feed her until they figure out what the problem is or she gets the muscle strength to swallow on her own. Her parents, Stephanie and Jon are not the type to ask for handouts but they are going to have alot of unexpected expenses along with not being able to work. The doctors have told them to expect to be in the hospital close to 2 weeks. Please keep us in your prayers.
