Lt. Mark Runas (CFD), is a dear friend to all of us and has always been there for anyone in need. Unfortunately, Mark's wife Kathy, is in need of medical equipment such as a stair chair, wheelchair ramp, medical van and rehab of the entire bathroom to be wheelchair accessible .
