Derek Mohler memorial fund

On August 5th, 2016, our community lost Derek Mohler in a tragic accident south of Blanco, NM.   Left behind are his wonderful wife, Julie and his 2 precious children, as well as the rest of his family, many friends and neighbors, and his "other" families at the Bloomfield Police Dept., (where he served his community for 9 years), and at Crossfire LLC.  We were the beneficiaries of his kindness, generosity and love of life for many years, and now his friends and co-workers have been asking what they can do to help--

While there will be many ways to offer assistance, we have set up this fund to make it simpler to offer some practical support to Julie and her children, who will have many hurdles, financial and otherwise, to overcome.  A faithful and dedicated father, son, co-worker and friend, surely Derek is at peace, but we are anxious to honor him by continuing to focus on Derek’s highest priority: caring for his family.  Thank you for remembering Derek, and for showing how you felt about him by now offering this help to his wife and children.
