Wheelchair Accessible Van Needed

Hi everyone, we lost the van we had a photo of, someone else purchased it ahead of us. But, we are still in need of help to purchase this type of vehicle.

We will be continuing to make trips to St. Louis, Barnes Jewish Hospital. For appointments with the LVAD Team, and upcoming testing for heart transplant we will be making multipe trips back and forth to St. Louis for months. Each trip is 4 hours up and back. Insurance does not pay for the wheelchair accessible transportation service we have to use, we have to pay for it out of our own pocket $600.00 a trip.
