Ribbon's Surgery

Ribbon has been diagnosed with a tumor in her nostril. She will need major surgery to remove this. Ribbon is our vaulting horse and she has taught hundreds of children and adults how to ride and vault (all for free) She is 15 years old other than this tumor in excellent health. Dr. Hoerr, her veterinarian, does not feel this tumor is cancerous. The vaulting team is trying to raise money for Ribbon by giving pony rides at the Spoon River Drive in Farmington, IL last weekend and this coming weekend, Oct 8th and 9th. They have raised almost $400.00 dollars so far but this is just a drop in the bucket. They desperately want to save Ribbon. Would you be willing to donate a dollar or two to save this wonderful sweet kind amazing mare? Any money raised will go to pay for Ribbon's surgery.  The vaulting team thanks you for considering helping and we thank you too.  Our farm would just not be the same without Ribbon!
