Start up a small cookie business

Greetings everyone I'm in need of assistance to start my own cookie business I want to start small then eventually have a store front...This bakery will be in memory of my brother who was a chef before he passed last year. We had plans of opening a restaurant he would cook the food and I would create the pastries.... so I'm going to continue with our dream..
