Help Lisa Smile Again

I've had teeth issues for several years now. It seems every year I am going through a new tooth pain or a new tooth falling out. Bad teeth seem to run in my mother's side of the family along with heart disease and high blood pressure. All three of these are linked with each other. I recently got Medi-Cal Insurance and I immediately went to the dentist as I was informed that my insurance will cover full dentures. I would love to get implants but they cost way too much. At this point, I am grateful to have a full denture. They did X-ray's, a full exam, consultation and impressions for dentures for my top teeth. They made an appointment about 2 weeks later for me to have my teeth extracted and my new denture fitted but only on the condition that I had a doctor sign their release form because my blood pressure was extremely high. Well, I didn't have a primary doctor yet so I went to the walk in clinic with my form to be signed and saw the doctor there. Again, my blood pressure was very high and he could not sign the form. He put me on blood pressure medicine and told me to come back in one week. So one week later (which was 2 days before the dentist appointment) I returned to have my blood pressure tested and get my form signed. My BP was much better but still a little high. The doctor did sign my form but added another medication to also be taken daily.
So now it's on and cracking...I am going to get new teeth! I am so excited. The night before the appointment, I could not even sleep. I was full of fear of having all my real teeth pulled yet so excited to having them be replaced. Well, at my appointment I was told that unfortunately, the procedure that needed to be done was not covered by my insurance. I was so disappointed and discouraged that I actually started crying. The cost is going to be $3863. The financial guy there was really nice and was offering me different possible payment options. My top teeth would be covered by my insurance but they could not do my top teeth unless I had my bottom teeth done with a procedure that was NOT covered by my insurance. I guess my bottom jaw line has too much bone loss for a denture to be fitted and without a lower set of teeth, a top denture is useless. Because without a solid bite, the top dentures cannot work. Lower dentures cannot be fitted with the bone loss yet with bone grafts and the use of my three good teeth a partial denture CAN work.
So there it is in a nutshell. I find this very embarrassing and almost impossible to do... but this is so important to me. I am reaching out to anyone who is able and willing to help me. Even just sharing this will be greatly appreciated.

Here is a copy of the estimated amount for the services I am needing.

Here is a pic of the form I needed signed by a doctor because my blood pressure was so high.

Here is a picture of me and my mother. My mom passed away very young. She was only 43 years old when she died. She didn't know she had heart disease but she did know that her blood pressure was high. She died with all her teeth.

This isn't only about wanting to smile with my mouth open...it's also about wanting to live better and longer. Teeth and gums problems are a major factor with heart disease. I know that my teeth play a big role with my blood pressure issues.

I appreciate everyone who donates to my campaign, shares my story, or even  takes the time to read this. Thank you and may your day be full of blessings!

Sorry, that this closing pic is sideways.
