Wheelchair accessible vehicle

Many of you may not know that wheelchair transportation such as taxi cabs or public bus systems can be very costly. The average cab ride for somebody that is in a wheelchair can range anywhere from $70 up to $100 round trip. I know this sounds absurd but that's just how it is. I can afford the gas and insurance it takes to run a van I just can't afford the insane amount that it cost to purchase one. I would like to be able to go on my schedule as I please and not have to worry about being on somebody else's schedule or having to worry about how much money it's going to cost me to get home. I would simply enjoy the freedom of being able to get out and do what I want when I want.
