Ryan's Medical Fund

Some of you know the three people in this photo as three of the most kind, compassionate, loving people a person could be blessed to call friends.  They are my friends.  My very, very, dear friends - Jessica, Ryan and Makena Miller.  And they need help.

Ryan, an incredibly hard working, loving, husband, father, son, brother, and friend was recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, a cancer that is at a stage that is likely not curable and will require long-term monitoring and treatment.  He is currently unable to work steadily due to the fatigue and pain he suffers from the cancer and will ultimately suffer from the treatments (he begins them shortly).  Jessica is currently the sole breadwinner, and with the mounting medical bills (not even counting the treatment yet), they can barely afford the basic necessities.  She is working tirelessly to stay on top of expenses.  She does not get medical coverage through her work so they are paying for private insurance, which covers little with very high deductibles and out of pocket maximums. On top of long hours at work, she manages to carve out time to be there for Ryan and her beautiful daughter, Makena. 

They are incredibly faithful individuals and it is their faith that gets them through each day.  The amazing thing about this family is that in the midst of all of this, all of their trials, they see the blessings. They live lives of gratitude. Please help me to lift this family up and surround them with even more blessings, the blessings of knowing they are not alone in this, they are loved. If you feel led to help them financially, any amount you give would be greatly appreciated.  It would help to relieve the financial stress that comes with illness so they can focus on fighting this disease and staying strong.
