Bring BMX back to Pearland

Our goal at Pearland BMX is to promote an active, healthy lifestyle for our youth in a family-friendly environment. Our riders learn good sportsmanship, goal setting, and respect for others. They learn the value of hard work and build self-confidence, all while having fun.
Formed in 2010, Pearland BMX quickly rose to the number one bicycle racing track in Texas. In 2011 and 2012, Pearland BMX was awarded the Texas State Championship race which brought hundreds of competitors and their families to Pearland to race in Texas ultimate competition. All this has been accomplished with an entirely volunteer group dedicated to developing a love of bicycle racing in children of all ages.
While we have been operating one of the best run and most successful tracks in the State, we have also worked toward a partnership with the City of Pearland to relocate our track to property adjacent to the Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium where we would have access to paved parking, concession facilities and public restrooms. We believe the improved location and additional facilities will draw even more attention to the sport of bicycle racing and more business to our town.
We are ready to begin the construction phase at the new location and are raising money to build the new track. We believe the new expanded facility will draw more people to our community and to BMX racing as well as make our track eligible for a National race which would bring competitors and families from all over the United States.
As a non-profit organization we are seeking the support of local businesses in our efforts. Our budget for this project is $120,000. To reach that goal, we need business leaders in our community to assist us with tax deductible donations.
For any business in our community who donates at least $1,000, we will display a banner as a sponsor of Pearland BMX. As a prominent business in our community, please consider giving $1,000 to help us meet our goal. Your contribution is an investment in the future of our community.
