Today, Heaven gained another angel. Shepherd was known by many people in Santa Maria. Shepherd had his ups and downs but was a good person. Shepherd's two little ones are taking it hard. We ask that you help his wife Darlene Vega and his children threw this tradgic time in their lives. Please help
