The Hamblin Trust, established to perpetuate Henry Thomas Hamblin’s work after his death, has helped thousands of people to find inner peace, good health and greater fulfilment in their lives for the last 60 years.
The Hamblin Trust is a spiritual and educational charity in Bosham, West Sussex working to improve individuals' health and wellbeing. Activities include meditation, mindfulness, yoga, Pilates, counselling and complementary therapies. Set in 3 acres of beautiful and tranquil grounds, it is a sanctuary of peace where busy and stressed individuals can come and recharge their batteries in a nurturing and growth-enhancing environment.
Sadly, like many other charities, the Trust is struggling financially and would like to develop another meeting room to rent out in order to raise more income to keep the charity afloat and thus continue to bring health, happiness and fulfilment into people’s lives for many more years to come.
We have some old buildings in the grounds which could be converted into just the right size of room we need in order to accommodate the many smaller groups who meet here and to support the retreats organised by various complementary therapists and other practitioners.
We need £25,000 to achieve the conversion and we would welcome any support you are able to give. We hope to reach our target and complete the much-needed facility but, in the event we are not able to proceed, the funds will be used to support our ongoing work.
Please share this request with others who may be interested, and do look us up or come and see us for yourselves – you will be very welcome. Thank you .
