Help kidder w/ bills after hospital

If you know me, then you know I almost NEVER ask for help and doing this is super hard for me.

Due to missing almost 3 full weeks of work being sick and NOW being stuck in Imperial Point Hospital, I'm in desperate need of help to pay my water ($140), car payment ($280)and insurance($263), phone bill($111 for me and mom) as well as a specialist that I just found out that my insurance won't cover ($200). Contingent on getting out of the hospital on Monday and returning to work immediately, my bills at this point are $996.

Many people know after finding my mother homeless and sick with full blown AIDS a few years ago, I sobered up and flew her out to Florida to be able to take care of her. Unfortunately with my own degenerative disease as well as immune deficiency it had been far from easy on me or my body.
For 2 and a half years I have been working 45hrs a week and taking care of her, the house, and doing service within the AA community, on top of working side jobs. Finally I decided it was time to do something for myself so I dreamt up a plan to go to Nevada.
(((I'm extremely lucky to have my partner Mario stay with my mother while I was gone (and now while I'm in the hospital) who is also working at TJ MAXX to try to help with the bills.)))

After a magical time returning to Burning Man after 15 years my body just couldn't keep up. Thanks to a few special people who helped with tickets and travel, I was able to return to the Playa (at very little cost to me) for my very first SOBER burn!

But......
The week before I left to Burning Man I got a really bad cellulitis infection in both my ankle and my surgical site on my elbow which resulted in missed work. Even though I was having fevers of 102 the hospital denied me IV antibiotics.

My doctor reviewed my labs a few day later and cleared me to go play in the dust! Throughout my time at Burning Man I was talking antibiotics and was able to keep the infection at bay.... UNTIL I GOT HOME, AND THEN ALL H*LL BROKE LOOSE!

Not only did the swelling return, but so did the fevers and night sweats. When I spoke with my boss after calling out of work after my return he told me he "needs to find dependable people to work for him" so rather than going to the hospital I ignored dr's orders and just had them call me in more antibiotics. I knew I couldn't miss even one more day of work or else my car payment wouldn't get made.
I was only back at work for a handful of days when I got what I thought was the flu and kept trying to press on. After a couple days my ankles were too swollen to be able to walk and I was admitted immediately into the hospital. I have been on a vigorous routine of 2 different types of antibiotics (Vancomycin & Levaquin) every six to eight hours since Tuesday. The dr's think I'm responding too slow so they want to keep me longer.

SOOOO on top of being a bit scared for my health, I feel like a failure, because I can't afford to pay my car payment and insurance right now along with mine and my mother's phone bills. When I planned my trip I was ready to take a week off of work, which ended up being an extra week (of being sick) before I left and 2 weeks since I've been back (so far) .. That's over $1200 unexpected loss
