I am Natalie Menegus, Publicist for New Riders of the Purple Sage.
As most of you know, Buddy Cage was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2012. Since then, he has gone through chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Buddy himself has given high praise to his amazing oncology team. He has been able to continue rocking out with New Riders of the Purple Sage and Stir Fried, despite his ailments.
What most of you don't know is that Buddy was recently hospitalized and is still battling blood cancer compounded by a heart condition. As you can imagine, medical costs don't come cheap. Because of this, I am asking for donations, from you, to go towards Buddy's medical expenses. Anything, big or small, is one step closer to the healing of this iconic pedal steel giant.
