At only 22 years old, Palm Beach Atlantic University student Kristin Moya has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. It is difficult to imagine facing this diagnosis at any age, but Kristin is doing it bravely with the loving care and support of her family.
These funds will help the Moya family focus on caring for Kristin during this critical time without the added stress of financial worry.
Recently, Kristin finds herself at the hands of cancer again. At the age of 24, she was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer bethesda stage V and requires a full thyroidectomy.
Kristin continues receiving daily and quarterly maintenance treatment for her breast cancer. She will undergo a series of surgeries in these months to come and begin radioactive iodine treatments upon completing full removal of her thyroids.
