Help me have a Kidney transplant.

My name is Dawn and I have been on Dialysis for the past year.  My veins can no longer support the normal accesses for dialysis. The past nine months, I've been having my dialysis treatments through an open chest catheter that leads into my heart. This is very dangerous due to the risk of infection reaching my heart, or, the catheter piercing my heart and killing me.
    I am about to be put on the waiting list for a transplant.  However,  even my portion of the costs of surgery as well as donors' costs and a lifetime of anti-rejection drugs  is staggering .
     The kidney disease that I have is called Focal Segmental Glomeruli Sclerosis (FSGS). It basically means that since birth, my kidneys have slowly been turning themselves into scar tissue, until there was no longer enough living kidney function left to keep me alive.
       I do not smoke nor drink. I just want to see my grandchildren grow up. I love life, and I beg you to please search your hearts and give whatever is comfortable for you.
