Samiyah'sHeadstone Memorial Marker

On Tuesday April 19, 2016 my twins (Elijah & Samiyah) were born at 33 weeks via emergency c-section. Later I found out that my daughter  was severely anemic when she was born. She had very little blood in her body. SHe had to be resusitated twice as well as 3 blood transfusions. After both of my kids were delievered the doctors told me that Samiyah's placenta had detached from the wall and there was a bloodclot behind it. After some testing it was determined that she had a condition called HIE (Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy) which means she had a lack of oxygen & bloodflow to the brain. She was basically asphyxiated. We dont know how long she had been in the womb fighting. She wasn't given much of a fighting chance other than wait & see. The first 24-48hrs were critical for her. She passed it. The doctors are basically saying according to tests they have ran Samiyah will need alot of help. Her condition is very severe! However, the doctors are amazed at what she CAN do even though the tests say she shouldnt be able to. 
My husband and I want to purchase an Owlet Baby Monitor for both our twins for extra protection. It costs $500+. The owlet will alert us if either baby ever stops breathing. They were preemies and that could happen at any time. I LOVE MY BABIES! I HAVE WAITED SO LONG TO MEET THEM! I'VE CRIED EVERY NIGHT SINCE THEY WERE BORN PRAYING FOR THEIR SAFE RECOVERY. 
The other part of the money will go towards travel to the hospital. We live about an hour away from the hospital. We have already pretty much drained our savings traveling to the hospital,paying for parking, & pain meds for my recovery. I usually dont ask for help but our family needs help. ANYTHING you can donate would be greatly apprieciated by the Willis'.
