Funeral Fund for Levonia Riggins

Levonia Riggins died from a single gunshot fired by a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputy. See #levoniariggins for details. The early morning drug raid is now under investigation. Levonia did not have a gun and he was affectionately known as "Daddyman".

The community is rising up to help the family with burial costs. Already much has been contributed. Now the burial plot has to be bought and services rendered. The goal is $2500 by Saturday, September 10, 2016. 

Local ministers have already chipped in. Please help cover these costs immediately. The Riggins family lacks resources. If we all help with $5, $10 or $100, we will be part of the healing process. 

All donations are being handled by the Florida Council of Churches, a tax deductible religious organization of the Protestant Church in Florida, formed in 1947.  

The Riggin's family has approved this effort on their behalf.
