My name is Rachel, I'm the owner-operator of beauty room Beauty of Arcadia.I'm also a mum & lover of all things aesthetic.
My dream has always been to open my own beauty salon, with a target market of those who are as conscious about what they're putting on their bodies and into the environment as I am.
The dream for Beauty of Arcadia came about when I was pregnant with my daughter when my beliefs hit furthermore: If I can't use it while I'm pregnant, should I really even be using it in the first place?
Beauty of Arcadia became a reality about 5 months ago when I was given the opportunity to rent a space within Apache Hair, North Hobart.
I have put all of my savings into my passion, creating this business. As well as funds from both my parter and parents. This has enabled me to start my business, but now the dream is to grow.

I currently offer a natural, nasties free alternative for nail polish services, hand & foot treatments within mani+pedicures, organic and vegan makeup, brow henna, and am currently undergoing training in body sugaring (natural, eco friendly alternative to waxing)
With your support and donations, I will be able to introduce facials into my list of treatments. Your donations will be funding the purchase of skincare products I require for this, which requires $2000.
The absolute dream goal for me is to eventually have my own premises where I can then expand to also provide massage and natural body treatments, as well as organic spray tanning.
